Jiraiya, tsunade, and orochimaru?!
Question: Jiraiya, tsunade, and orochimaru!?
who is the strongest of the 3 sannin!?
i think it would be jiraiya first because of his amount of chakara and skill also orochimaru was not able to beat itachi and itachi said himself that he could not defeat jiraiya
second i think would be orochimaru simply because of all the jutsu that he knows
and tsunade who seems pretty weak in terms of skill and combat seeing as how all her attacks are close range and she has a lower range of attacks she is only super strong and can heal she can also disrupt the nervous system but she has to be super close and against jiraiya or orochimaru she would be destroyed in an instint i always wondered how the hell is she hokage!?!

I believe that the true ninja has more than just power, but intellect as well!. A ninja who has all the strength in the world is nothing if he doesn't have the brain to sharpen his skills!. Thats why I like Tsunade so much!. She is one of the smartest ninjas in Konoha (especially with her knowledge of the human body, she is able to heal pretty much any wound)!. And her jutsus might "seem" like they are useless; but its not!. The only weakness she has is her fear of blood (which she can control better now)!.
I mean, Tsunade has brute strength that can kill anyone!. I think that the sannin are compared to each other too much though!.
When I view the legendary sannin, I see equal, balanced power!.
The Sannin are like rock, paper, scissors!. They can each beat each other in their own way!. Like remember that story of how Tsunade beat the living hell out of Jiraiya JUST because he was peeking on her at the bath houses!. And that was only cause she was embarrassed!. Imagine her at full-force, and tha damage that she could do!.
Jiraiya admitted himself -- that he only got "two" near death experiences!. One was when Naruto released four tails during there training, and the other was when he was caught by Tsunade peeking (being the hilarious perv that he is)!.
And I find Orochimaru to be strong in his OWN particular way as well!. Hes the only character that I can see as being immortal!. I mean Tobi might be really old and stuff, but I still think that Orochimaru has a better chance!. I mean even Orochimaru's techniques regenerate his body at such a fast rate that he can puke new bodies of himself out (which might seem disgusting, but is still cool at the same time)!.
Sometimes I think that Orochimaru and Tsunade are given the least amount of credit (mostly Tsunade, seeing that she is a Kunoichi)!. But I view things like this:
Jiraya can defeat Orochimaru -- Orochimaru can defeat Tsunade -- and Tsunade can defeat Jiraiya!.
Others might see it a little differently, but I think that the sannin shouldn't be compared to each other in the first place!.

well thanks for your input!. i guess your makes sense!. but i believe that tsunade shoulndt be underestimated because technically tsunade and orochimaru BOTH have some sort of healing techniques while when jiraiya is hit he has no choice but to take every blow and feel all of its pain!.
and in terms of speed, i find him to be tied slowest with tsunade!. lol!. i have to agree, orochimaru has like the fasest refelxes out of the bunch!. and btw, tsunade wasnt asked because she was always traveling to different places and never came back to the village like jiraiya!. and i also think that technically none of this matter because!.!.!.

I don't know too much about naruto but I think jiraiy beacuse he is allways asked to be hokage first !. Some of his power is pretty amazing!Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think the three of them are on equal footings in terms of strength, only because their vices negate any advantage over the others!. Orochimaru knows the most jutsus, but his thirst for power and learning every jutsu makes him overconfident (and pride always comes before the fall), Tsuande has the medical nin stuff down pat, and has her super strength, but she's always trying to get out of work to drink sake, gamble and relax, and Jiraiya obviously has talent (if the 4th hokage was his pupil, and he taught Naruto to use the Resandon in about 2 weeks), but he's always trying to do his 'research'!. So in the end none of them are any better off then their peers; Orochimaru=determination and knowledge but greedy, Tsuande=strong believer in justice, but slothful, and Jiraiya=Great teacher but full of lust!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
