If it becomes popular enough, some anime companies might ask to publish it (and of course the manga ka would say yes)!.
I hope the same thing for Change 123!. Its suuuch a great manga and would be super awesome as an anime!. I just hope that it doesn't get low ratings because of its mature content!.
