I have the first season of Black Lagoon in English, I could send you the episodes if you want!. However, the second season is not fully dubbed yet, only 4 episodes or so are dubbed, and they haven't been working on them in awhile, last I heard Viz Media and Geneon were fighting over who gets to dub it!. Anyway, the second season is only watchable in Japanese with English Subtitles on the internet!.
