Not bad :D Color but if you can't then dont XD Try redrawing and try to keep it as smooth as possible some of the lines look curvy ^^Www@Enter-QA@Com
that's really good for a first attempt! but you do have some problems!.!.!.
his neck is to thin
the eyes are out of proportion to the rest of the body
if you do any shading (like the black around his neck) you MUST shade the whole picture
his hair is a little bad
but seriously, if you do as good as you did your first try them you'll become a great artist! don't ever lose your passion for drawing!. Some day you might just have a manga that graces the pages of shonen jump ;)Www@Enter-QA@Com

Make his head a bit wider like that guy said ^^^ make his eyes a bit bigger add some shadows and your golden!.
TIP:adding details to your picture makes you look like a super drawer!.(ex!. a scar on his cheek or a bunch of these number things ># # #< make him look like he just came from a battle or a black eye !?!?!?)
one last thing you should add konahamuru(dont know how to spell it) put him on his head or better yet inside his jacket with his head coming out, it'll make it cooler!.

Make the shoulder's a little broader!.
Make his face more round and shorter because his face isn't that long and skinny!.
Put the ears down!.
