Sake (liquor) only has that effect on Lee!. He already has one of the best drunken master techniques and being drunk helps him even more!.!.!. when he gets drunk he goes crazy and gets all of this energy and gets super hyper and stuff!.!.!.!. it is funny and awesome!.!. Imagine a drunken Lee with all gates open!!! after he has eaten the CURRY OF LIFE!!!

Only rock lee, he gets mega powerful but extremely drunk, acts crazy and sometimes falls asleep but fights in his sleep anyway!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
It doesn't actually make someone stronger, it just makes someone so intoxicated that they are harder to hit, because they're slouching and drowsy and such!.
