Looking for anime that has any of the ff genre: comedy/parody/action/adventure/supernatu!.!.!.
/mystery, provided that the anime has no ecchiness
whatsoever or at least kept at minimal presence as much as possible and the protagonist is a MALE!.

School Rumble: Romance and Comedy!. It's about a male character and it's not ecchi I recommend it!. It's such a great anime!.
Welcome To the NHK: It's more of a dark comedy thing/slap-stick comedy!. Has a bunch of Otoku'ness in it!.
Angel Densetsu : This is a manga but it's really good so I had to recommend it!. Action, comedy, martial arts, romance, shounen is it's titles!.
Bobobo-Bo bo-bobo: Some funny stuff over here!
One Piece: It's awesome okay!?
Case Closed: Has some Mystery, Action, Adventure thing going on!. It's interesting!.
Death Note: A guy named Yagami Light gets a book and kills criminals and gets suspected by a very infamous and smart Cunning dude named L!. It's interesting, it's a mystery and a "cat and mouse" kind of thing going on!.

Lessee now, the anime I recommend are
Descendants of Darkness, it is a supernatural action/adventure anime, with a dash of mystery about a man named Tsuzuki, a shinigami!. The series is 13 episodes long, and ontop of having a male protaganist, the rest of the cast is male!. There is no ecchiness, but there is yaoi undertones*!. Nothing explicit!. They don't get naked, nothing real romantic happens!. There is a small kiss seen later on, but it is tame!. Other than that, it does have some of the formulas you might be looking for, as it is a supernatural/action/adventure/mystery!.
I also recommend Outlaw Star!. This is 26 episodes long, has a male protaganist and is an action/adventure anime!. It has tons of action!. There really is no ecchi in this either, but their is a gay guy named Fred Luo*, but he doesn't do anything!. Just flirts!. And then, their is a bit of brief female nudity, but nothing explicit!. Think when Yoruichi first appeared in human form infront of Ichigo!. Thats pretty much how it is!. Nothing that suggests hentai or ecchi!.
Inu Yasha, this is long, but has a male protaganist, tons of action and adventure, with a dash of drama!. No ecchi, but brief nudity!.
