I'm sorry I couldn't narrow it down to one character but these three aggravate me the most!.
-Ino Yamanaka (Naruto)!. She wastes all her time chasing after Sasuke but in reality (well Naruto reality) she knows nothing about the guy and doesn't share anything with him!. I don't think Sasuke even considers her a friend!.
-Honoka Sakurai (Suzuka)!. Honoka keeps going on about how she loves Yamato but she knows almost nothing about the guy!. She even throws herself at him and kisses him even though she knows he likes Suzuka!.
-Misa Amane (Death Note)!. Unlike the real Kira, Light Yagami, Misa is stupid and immature!. If it wasn't for her Shinigami eyes and "love" for Light, Light would have gotten rid of her quickly!. You can tell Light doesn't love her at all and only uses her!.

Well I don't have a particular name just those characters that always, I mean ALWAYS, need saving all the time!. That gets annoying and boring!. I don't see tha appeal in having to watch one character run around and doing backflips to make sure that the other character is safe!. They jump in the line of fire, get beat up, and in some animes almost die, while the other person stands in the sidelines cringing in fear!. Then as soon as they save them from one thing they realize that they are in trouble AGAIN! WTF! Over and over and over!. My Gosh where does it end!.
