Not sure exactly which song you're asking unless you give me an example scene (eps # & time)!.
Though I have several candidate songs that could be it:
-Teacher Forever (rock & roll version = Kattobi Rock'n Roll )
-German Suplex of Anger
-The Theme from GTO (Great Brass Version)
You can find these four on the OST (Original Sound Track) CD 1!. But I included OST 2 here just so you can have the whole collection:
