The Burst Angel series is just finished!. Maybe in later years, if an Animation studio's director / producer was a big fan the series, they might obtain the rights & resurrect it!. But until then, it's over like many other series!.
The 1 eps OVA Burst Angel -Infinity- is just a side story, to the parent story, so you won't find much conclusion from there:
