Question: Help me identify this cartoon character!!!!?
Okay, I remember as a kid watching a cartoon, and at some point in this cartoon, they ran into these aliens!. the aliens had cone shaped heads that bent over and were supported by a little stick on a wheel!. They defeated or got away from the aliens because the aliens gained more knowledge and their heads became too big!. it was an awesome cartoon!. please help me!

I think from the 90s!.!.!. they like walked around, with big cone heads, that were bent over!.!. and set on this stick that was on a wheel so they could walk around!.!.!. they look like humans other than their heads, they arent like green or big or anything
the animation is sorta like rockos modern life maybe!.!.!. or like idk!.!.!. its very cartoonish, not anime!.
definately older than invader zim, they werent main characters, they were just somewhere that the characters visited, and then they needed to escape!. not as up to date as futurama on the whole animation thing!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
