So far, I haven't heard or read any news about it being animated!. I've also checked with wikipedia and to quote it "The Jinchū arc (also known as the "Ending arc", "Revenge arc") was not animated except for parts concerning the background of Himura Kenshin, the titular character, which formed one release of the OVAs!."

I don't have the exact link for downloading the RK movie but you can download it from veoh!. You have to go to their site www!.veoh!.com then download the player on your pc!. once it has been downloaded, you can start selecting from a large collection of anime titles where the RK series, OVAs and movie are included!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
