That's a good question, and sadly, we will never know the answer!. So, even though Jiraiya was VERY powerful, he fell to Pein!. So the next question would be is Pein more powerfull than Itachi!. That, too, we will never know!. However, Itachi died from illness, rather than by the hands of someone else!. So, maybe that makes him more powerfull!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
