1!.Sesshomaru's birth is never clarified, I'm guessing that the producers didn't want this to be something the viewer would dwell on too much!. But we know that he and Izayoi were really together and created InuYasha!.
2!. Sesshy is against Inuyasha because 1) he is a half-demon, he is disgusted with the thought of a half-blood brother that isn't a full fledged demon as he is!. he thinks Inu is weak and worthless!. 2) the viewer may also assume that he may loathe Inu on an emotional level, as in he feels his father loved Inu more than he ever loved Inu!. 3) his father gave Tetsusaiga to Inu and Sesshy doesn't understand why (may also apply to theory 2)!.
3!. Izayoi dies, this too is never clarified!.

4!. Yes, he is attached to her on an emotional level!.
Their ending hasn't been resolved yet because the manga hasn't ended!. Rin has had her second brush with death, but is still with Sesshoumaru!. Kohaku has joined this group now and it seems that the story is building towards the final battle with Naraku!. The volume that the manga is working in now is Volume 49 & the chapter is 481!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

No he dies not long after Inuyasha was born so if I'm not mistaken he only married Sesshomaru's mother!.
Sesshomaru blames Inuyasha's mother for their fathers death also because he received the Tetsusaiga while he was given the Tenseiga!.
No she only raised Inuyasha, Sesshomaru was either with his mother or on his own!.
He cares for Rin like a child and a little more!.
also Inuyasha isn't over yet so I don't know what happened to them in the end!.

Later in the manga, when Rin appears to be dead due to her time in Hell, Sesshomaru enters Hell for the purpose of rescuing her, but upon learning that he cannot save her life, he is crushed!. When he realizes that it was his urge to strengthen Tenseiga which brought them to Hell and ultimately killed her, he casts the sword aside and says for the sword to gain power at the expense of Rin's life means nothing

i always thought he devoirced sesshomarus mom and married inuyashas mom but died at her death =/
sesshomaru goes against inuyasha because his father gave the tessaiga to inuyasha!. he wanted power of the tessaiga but got the other blade the tensagia because his father wanted him to become matured!. another reason is that inuyasha didnt fight against the panther demons when he was sealed to the sacred tree by kikyo
i really doubt that inuyashas mom raised sesshomaru!. i have a feeling that sesshomarus mom raised him!. he seems to have similar forms of aggression towards things!.
kind of he just lets rin follow him on her on accord!. she continues to follow him but then kuhaku joins them later on!. tehy are still together i think!. at episode 162 she did say she wanted to travel with sesshomaru till the day she died to jakenWww@Enter-QA@Com

I don't know about the first question but the question about why Sessomaru is against Inuyasha is beacause of mostly jelousy!. You see it in part of that fact that Inuysha has the Tetsusaiga sword that Sesshomaru wants, he often questions throughout the series on why he recieved what he calls the weaker sword!. He hates the fact that he did not recieve Tetsusaiga that he feels Inuyasha doesn't deserve!. He sees Inuyasha as inferior to him!. Well at least that what my take is on the relationship!.
