Absolutely not!. In some episodes, Stewie is always seen with another female kid!. You can also see in one episode, that he travels in the future, and finds himself married with a drug addicted wife (I think)!.

Honestly, the most sensical answer is that Stewie is straight and Seth MacFarlane needed a character besides Bruce to act gay for situations where the humor calls for it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
