It's a troll release!. When you point at the "Soulpuuden" link, you'll see that the actual file name at the status bar is "nns063!.torrent"!.
Which means, NOT Naruto Shippuuden 063!.torrent!.
Real Naruto Shippuuden files are usually named as "ns[epsnumber]!.torrent"!.
