Ok, there are a few things you have to do here:
1!. Throw away your life to become a miserably failing stand-up comic!.
2!. Run away from your loving wife while in depression!.
3!. Jump into a vat of unstable chemicals!.
4!. Turn to a life of crime!.
Or, if you don't want to/ can't take that specific course of action, there are several options!.
1!. Become a member of The Jokerz!.
2!. Wear lots of clown make-up, go nuts, and kill everybody you can!.
3!. Don't!. Look what happened to Heath Ledger!.
The Joker is not a role you immerse yourself in!. The guy is crazy and unstable, and you have to be generally like him or very strong if you want to be just like him!. He is not something you aspire to!. Even if he is the most awesome villain ever!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Seriously though, if you were interested in studying his character start watching the films over and over and learn to mimick his mannerisms and about his motivation!. You might find it beneficial to read the Batman comics or visit Joker fansites to learn more about his character!.
