Right now, you probably can't!. There are 2 groups that actually sub Shugo Chara!. The first one was Formula Sub, but then a new group came up and their name is Cool & Spicy!. Both of them sub pretty fast but according the episodes, Cool & Spicy is a little faster than Formula!. But keep in mind they DO have more shows to sub, but they will eventually get back to subbing Shugo Chara!.
In the mean time, why dont you read some of the manga at:

English subs for episode 34-36 aren't out yet!. Episode 37-51 aren't out yet!.
Formula is the group subbing Shugo Chara in English!. Cool&Spicy has released episode 28-33, but the Tokyo Tosho cmoment for episode 33 says:
"When we started we just wanted to do this ep and since Formula seems to be keeping a good pace, don't expect another from us!."
Formula just released episode 33 today, near the bottom:
"also, if you haven’t visited the site recently, please check the post beneath this one for some info on the group status!. Note that work on 34+ will be done while these vacations take place, so expect 34-36(!?) to come out in rapid succession towards the end of the month!."
