I would probably suggest rereading it anyways (maybe at least skim it)!. Kei is quite a bit different in the manga than he is in the anime!. Anyways, if still want to know where to start, then begin at chapter 89!. The final arc of the anime was never in the manga, and 89 will take you right to the end of the Buddha arc!.
