Question: Do you prefer Anime or Manga and why!?
I prefer Manga because it is the original story that an anime is usually based on and most of the time the anime version has to be "toned down" or somthing has to be changed causing somthing else to be changed etc!. And in Manga you don't have to put up with those annoying fillers!. also you can use your imagination for the characters voice since usually the anime characters voices either fit them a little bit or not at all!.
but thats just my opinion!.!.!.!.I do like anime just not as much as manga!.

I prefer manga!.
This is more multiple reasons!. One is that the story is usually a million times better than the anime and the art is actually, you know, art!. The black and white allows you to imagine your own colors without having to rely on the anime's (usually boring) color palette!.
Secondly, I'm with you on the voices!. My biggest let down ever was Lavi's voice!. Dear Lord, it was the most nasally thing I'd ever heard and it made me want to bash my head against the keyboard because it DID NOT FIT!. None of the characters in the D!.Gray-Man anime have the right voices!.
Thirdly, if I'm reading a gory one, I don't get squicked as easily because colored gore makes me feel sick!. Black and white doesn't bug me at all (I know, I know, wtf self)!.
I rarely, if ever, watch anime!. Usually it's when I'm really bored/can't find the manga/watching TV and I recognize the series, haha!. I judge anime because of the manga and if it doesn't live up to its drawn counterpart, I'm extremely let down and go bury myself in the manga!. xDWww@Enter-QA@Com

for example, MARS and Red River!.!.!.
I like manga mostly because I LOVE romantic stuff and most of the manga that are in the romance genre NEVER become anime series

I like anime better than manga even though i do greatly enjoy reading manga but see I have use my nind to read the manga!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.but then again I only watched subbed anime so I guess I like both equally!. Whenever I REALLY like the anime I'll read the manga and when I REALLY like the manga I'll watch the anime!.

I prefer anime becuse I don't like to read comic books!. Its more exciting to watch it!. I actually don't read manga at all!. I like books without pictures!. ^_^

i like manga becuase it goes into alot of detail the anime doesnt have!. and when i look at the anime it seems stifer and it cuts off alot of important seensWww@Enter-QA@Com
anime although in manga the whole story is in more detail where as in anme its ahortened!. and if u have a little something calledIMAGINATION then anga is good! thats why i choose mangaWww@Enter-QA@Com
