An Otaku is basically a really anime/manga-centric person (cosplayers often inclusive), though sometimes it can be used about other obsessions too, like a video game otaku or an idol otaku!.
Check the wikipedia article for more!. The anime 'Welcome to the NHK' deals with phenomena like otaku in Japan!.

Most annoying question, hmm!.!.!. lets see!.!.!. (peering through some 2000 odd questions!.!.!.) well in Religion and Spirituality when someone asks a question thats a completely unprovoked attack with no actual basis or logic that's pretty annoying (not to mention there's no chance of getting best answer from the asker!)Www@Enter-QA@Com
