DBZ characters and Naruto characters aren't anywhere near the same scale of power levels!. The Nine-Tail can devastate the countryside, but we haven't seen any indication that he has the power to destroy the planet!. DragonBall characters are shown to have that capability at the very beginning of DBZ, when their powerlevels were only in the hundreds!. Frieza's final form power level was over a million!. And yet when DBZ characters get hit by such powerful attacks, they take only scrapes and bruises most of the time!. As a result, it's safe to say even Super Saiyan 1 Goku would be immune to all physical damage (Might still be genjutsu-able, but that doesn't help much when you can't hurt him) from Naruto characters!. Plus, Goku shortly after going Super Saiyan learns how to teleport!.
Naruto with full 9-Tail power might be able to beat Yamcha or Chiotsu, but that's about it!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Well, on one hand, Goku SS3 is pretty buff, and powerful!. And on the other, Naruto is a ninja, and they got all sorts of tricks!.
I haven't seen Naruto's moves in Shippuden, but I've seen it in earlier episodes, and personally, I think Goku would win!.
The thing is, I used to watch DragonBallZ, but stopped a long time ago, and Naruto is kind of a slow anime for me (too much talking, not enough fighting)!.
Anyways, Naruto would throw a couple of those knife things he has (forgot what they're called :P), Goku would blast it out of the air!. Naruto uses Shadow Clone Jutsu, Goku would blast through everyone one!. Naruto might win due to his great agility and Shadow Clone, but Goku would definitly beat him up in just fighting hand to hand!.
