Why is it that when ever a super hero born a super villainis born soon after!. Imagine if it was the other way around, the world goes into total chaos then some one stronger comes along!. The closest thing to that is maybe the Matrix

I would say that they both may have developed at the same time!.
However, the super villain has to do something to make the super hero become public!. Otherwise the super hero is just a show off doing things to bring attention to his or her powers!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

Villain, you can't be a hero if you do not have an opposite do "go against"!. if you have super powers, and no one is planning an international human-slaughter, you wouldn't know what to do with them, this probably making you resort to becoming a super villain, just for something to do, right!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
