Question: Anime for geeks only!?
Earleir on in the year, an Anime/Manga club was set up at my school!. I saw the presentation for it, and recognized the drawing cartoon style from pokemon- the show everyone watched when younger :D
So I got my friends to come with me at lunch to see how it was!.
Honestly, I was totally surprised!.
I'm not naive enough to believe that only nerds like anime, but seriously!
I'm not the most popular girl, but I have a normal girl status- like friends with everyone(bah lol)!
That club was full to the BRIM with snorting geeks who drew amazing! manga, and were basically a stereotypes dream: glasses, bad skin, yellow teeth, lanky!.
I was surprised, as were my friends!. Obviously, we dont go anymore, but not cos of their appearance or anything, but they were annoying fangirly type people!. We didnt have anything in common, other than the first time they were teaching us to draw, mine was prettty good for a beginner!.

Well there's two types on anime fans!.!.!. one type, the annoying yu-gi-oh card playing glasses braces pasty bad skin yellow toothed nerd who listens to bad music and pisses me off, and me, the average normal guy who has lots of friends, listens to great music, pretty decent looking guy who has a tiny bit of nerd in him but hides it well, thence you never hear about my love for anime!.!.!. I have yet to find another person like me!. also anime fans love cosplay crap, and they ALL have Japanese swords at home!.!.!. trust me!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Your school is not the only one that sets up an anime/manga club, and they are not only for Geeks, there larger organizations of animes, and it's much fun to join them, cosplays, drawing contests, fashion designing, comic making, and lots of fun stuffs!. Some people join organizations not just because they want to create their own animes but they join them because they love animes, "Otaku" is what they are called!. Goodluck!Www@Enter-QA@Com
Anime isn't for geeks only, but the avid anime fans do tend to be geeky!.
However, my boyfriend is a huge anime fan and he is nerdy, but not in the stereotypical way (just if you know him, he's a very charming nerd)!.

Hey, were not all that bad *snork*! Ha!. Its the same way in the anime club in my school except we seem to have addopted all the oddball kids in school who are obsessed with naruto!. But usualy its all fun and games!. Most of us can draw really well and we have no objections about expressing our geekdom!.
But its ok that you don't want to join in with your anime club!. Its not for everyone, we had many people drop out of our club just this year because we kinda scared them off with our geeky-ness!. wow i like ur guys's awnsers and realy like this question!.!.!.!.!.!.i love anime and am a small fan of manga and i try to hide it but sumtimes it just shows through lol!.!.!.!.!.we dont exactly have an anime club set up at our school its actually a part of the public library activity clubs we have a sponcer to give us a free rental of our choice each month and we meet up to watch it and r8 it and talk about it and stuff but so far i look like the least nerdiest guy there but im by far the most popular guy in school!.!.!.but yah anime is for any1 that wants to watch it and!.!.!.!.who cares wat u look like!. its all about the anime right!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
