Question: How or where can i submit a anime!?
I Have a pretty good anime series in my mind!. I am not sure if i have to draw it or just write it!. I cant draw but i can write!. After that i want to know where can i actuality Submit it or something!.

I don't think you will have too good of a chance of getting into the industry right off the start!. You may have more luck if you cooperate with a friend who can draw on a small web-comic or something like that but its not like you can just mail in your ideas to some big company and expect them to start publishing you!. Its best to get some experience first, perhaps start a portfolio!. There are some sites where you can write personal fiction and you can write and post your stories there!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
Frankly, I doubt you have a product that anyone would want to produce!. I'm also not sure you know the difference between a manga and an anime, given your confession, "!.!.!. I am not sure if I have to draw it or just write it!." There's a slim possibility that you could write a manga, which someone else could draw following your script!. There is less chance of you selling an anime series than there is of you being struck by lightning on the same day you win the New Jersey lottery, far less!.
Get a degree in something related to animation, and amass some publication credits, and then someone might be interested in a proposal, but you'll have to work your way up to a position where you could even ask someone if they would be interested in a series proposal from you!. No amateur without even a few publication credits would even be given the time of day!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
