Yes, sort of, Manga is the Japanese word for Comic and is pretty much the same thing, however there is a larger variety of different material written in Manga not just fictional superheros!. They are also normally in Black and White although I have seen color ones that is rare, primarily because Mangas are much larger than your traditional American Comics!. however manga isnt read like regular comic books !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. it is read right to left and up to down !.!.!.!.so if there are blockes first u start with the block on the right, move to the right, go down the next row and continue right to left !.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.in each block u start with the bubble on the right and move left, then go down and start on the rest of the bubbles right to left!.!.!.!.!.
