I LOVE mcr!.
I went to their concert last year and it was one of the best shows I've ever seen!. They had pyrotechnics, confetti-canons and at the beginning of the show, they brought Gerard out on a stretcher as part of the "Black Parade" theme!.
It was unbelievable!.
I love them because, not only is their music amazing, but they're genuinely nice people and you can tell they're really grateful for their fame!.
They haven't let it go to their head, you know!?
And yes, their sound has changed since "I brought you bullets, you brought me your love" which has made a lot of people lose interest in MCR because they think that "The Black Parade" was too mainstream, but if they stopped focusing on how much mcr is publicized and actually listened to the lyrics, they'd see that the band has only gotten BETTER as they continue to release records!.
My favourite song is probably!.!.!.!.

i have loved mcr since i found their first cd while on vacation in Kentucky!. it was 9 bucks, they had a cool name, and so i bought it!. and now they are still my favorite band!.
i love the darkness, and the beautiful imagery in their songs!. the metaphors are amazing!.
mcr have a wonderful message to give the world, and i do believe that their music can save lives, in more way than one!.
currently, my favorite song is Famous Last Words!. i've been listening to that one a lot lately, and its one of the best examples of the message mcr has to give!.
