Itachi died by a virus killing him slowing!.He died in the fight Vs Sasuke!.When they were fighting Itachi only used Gen-Jutsu to fight Sasuke!.So he waited until he saw an opportunity to get Sasuke's eyes but as soon as he got Sasuke down and out, just about as soon he was going to get his eyes he tapped Sasuke's forehead and fainted and died!.Sasuke was also knocked out!.So that's how he diedWww@Enter-QA@Com
