I watched ep1 and dunno whether to watch the rest!. Can someone explain to me why these girls kill each other or kill themselves!? Any why when Rena slit her wrist did she see maggots running out!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

As said in the other answers, you have to watch all of the episodes to get an idea!. I think you're talking about season 1, and season 1 only gives you little clues!. To actually find out whats going on you gotta watch Season 2 or "Kai"!.
Going back to you question, the people in Hinamizawa have been contaminated with this type of virus that gets you into seeing things differently (hallucinations maybe!?) in a positive or negative way!. For example, I don't know if you've seen this part but Keiichi is given sweet dumplings from Rena and Mion, and finds out that there was a needle in it!. The truth is, there was Tabasco in the food but Keiichi thought it was a needle because of the "virus" that made him think in a negative way!. The hallucination stuff happens when the person has fear or suspicion toward the other members!.
The maggots stuff is the samething!. The virus gets her into a instable mental state which makes Rena see things from her wounds!. I think Rena mentioned that she had to go back to Hinamizawa, and that's another symptom from the virus!.!. being homesick!.

umm, its hard to explain, its like a virus thingo, it gets really really good around 14 or 15, and its really interesting!. it was around that point i stopped watching solely for the violence and got entralled by the story, but you either hate it or love it you know!?
