Not sure what your question is, but your statement is dead on the mark!. In fact, it was an issue of Wizard where Superman & Goku fought!. The thing that illustrates just HOW MUCH more powerful Goku is than the modern age Superman is that Goku ONLY had to transform into Super Saiyan!. Imagine if he had gone even as high as SS3!?
That said, I remember before DC did their restart of their universe, the original Superman had become so powerful, they had trouble writing stories for him!. So what I have to wonder is if Goku fought the original Superman in his prime, what form would he have to achieve to win this fight!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Actually its been done TWICE, the first time Superman flew through a Kamehameha attack and beat Goku and the SECOND time Goku went Super Sayian and beat Superman!. Its rather an even match I'd say!. But with all his states, Goku is the stronger!.
