Yes, as it means that, in addition to other heroes' vulnerabilities, batman has his humanity to worry about!. Kevlar and non-lethal deterrents can't compare to a sixth sense (Spiderman), near-complete invulnerability (Superman, Captain Marvel, the Hulk, etc), or super-powered armor (Ironman)!. Besides, if we had batman's resources, wouldn't we do the same thing!? It doesn't make him less human, it makes him competent!. He is better than any other character because he has achieved physical perfection (unlike the Punisher and Green Arrow, for example) through nothing but hard work (unlike Captain America, who was given a super-serum)!.
