Question: I have a question about the name of a batman villain!.!?
There is a villain in one of the animated Batman shows whose name I cannot remember!. He was a short man who wore a huge mask that covered his whole head that looks like a creepy grinning face!. It kind of looked like the Big Boy burger statue!. He also wore a vest!. I remember in the episode he never took the head mask off!. Does anyone know who this was!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

It sounds like Toyman from the series "Superman: The Animated Series"!.
The first time we see him in that series he sends out killer toys to get Bruno Mannheim for framing his father and sending him to jail where he died!. That was the episode "Fun and Games"
