Out of the anime's that I have watched and manga series that I read, the ones most similar to Ouran are these two:
- Wallflower (aka Perfect Girl Evolution) [It's about 1 girl and 4 pretty boys who try to make her into a lady b/c she got traumatized by a boy rejecting her so now she thinks she's ugly and turned into a sadist/morbid person!. *comedy+romance*]
