Unfortunately there are no plans, nor do I believe there ever will be a GTO sequel!. :( It's a shame really, I loved the GTO franchise (his style & justice were memorable)!.
If you still want to get your GTO fix, I suggest watching the prequel Shounan Jun`ai-gumi & reading the GTO manga!.
