Oh yeah, definitely! The manga has a LOT more romantic scenes (with both Ruka-pyon and Natsume, but mostly Natsume)!. But I suggest you don't read Gakuen Alice yet and wait until all the missing chapters are out!. They have translated all the way up to chapter 99, but there are a lot of missing chapters in between!. For example, they skipped chapters 20-28 (that was the part with the school festival!. It was also in the anime), 60-64, and 76!. I want to tell you some more, but I'm afraid I'll only spoil it for you!. =(
However, it's your choice whether to start reading Gakuen Alice, and if you absolutely can't skip the chapters and is crazy desperate, you can still read the summaries (but no manga)!. Here's a link: http://mangahelpers!.com/forums/forumdisp!.!.!.
The summaries aren't in any particular order, so you have to find the chapter you want (btw, there are three pages)!.

the manga is romantic to me but because we are different people it might not be as romantic for u than for others but i think that the manga has more romance than the animeWww@Enter-QA@Com
