When Light lost his memories regarding the death note, he then help L catch the new Kira
What i dont get is who the "New Kira" is!.!.
I mean when Light lost his memories, did someone else get his death note and become a new kira!? And what was Rem doing with her death note!?
And i dont want a big spoiler, but i do wanna know this!.!. does light ever get his memory back!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

Answers:
Light didn't just "lose his memory by accident" --> he lost his memory on purpose!.
When you give up ownership of the Death Note, you lose all your memories that had anything to do with the Death Note, such as writing names, killing people and even the Shinigami!.
So, giving up his memories was part of Light's "master plan"!. Basically, he knew that after he didn't remember anything and denied he was Kira!. L would have to believe him because of the way Light was acting now!. And Light knew that once his memories were lost - he would do anything in his power to help L catch Kira!.!.!.
Anyways, the "new Kira" was also part of Light's plan!.

By doing this, all the suspicion L had on Misa and Light would have to go away because the two of them were in L's view - and the killings were still going on!.

1) yes when a person gives up their ownership of a death note it is free game for anyone else!. the new owner of the death note became the yotsuba company!.
2)since misa also gave up her ownership of the death note it also became free game!. misa then joins light and l in the investigation of kira and get's interviewed by the yotsuba company for comercials in an effort to find more information about the yotsuba group, because light and l think they have the death note!. during the interview rem comes to misa in the bathroom and tells her that light was kira and she was the second kira!. since rem loves misa she tells her that she will help her and show her who the new owner of the her death note is, which is higuchi(a member of the yotsuba group)!.

Yes, he get his memory back!.!.!.this memory losing was his plan!!! And new Kira is some guy from Yotsuba Group (its some financial group) - he has Rems Death Note!. But this is little complicated to explain, because Rems Death Note is originally Ryuks Death Note!.!.!.well, read manga or watch anime and you will uderstand!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
