HEYY I JUST GOT BACK FROM WATCHING THE DARK KNIGHT!! Wow! That was the best 3 hours (yes it's 3 HOURS!) of my life! Heath ledger really did great on that movie! I'm speechless!! You're gonna love his joke with the magic when he made a pencil disappeared XD And yes his line "No, I'm supposed to kill the bus driver" at the beginning was hilarious!! Man!.!.!.!. The very short article is probably correct; the way the Academy Awards work it seems unlikely that Ledger would win an Oscar for his performance as the Joker in "The Dark Knight!." The members of the Academy have short memories, and when it comes time for them to vote, films released in December of 2008 are going to have a distinct advantage over a film released in July!. "Dark Knight" is also not the type of film that tends to win the majority of academy votes; Hollywood has always been run by people who think like merchants who manufacture goods by the yard, but they collectively like to congradulate themselves publically for making high art, and a summer blockbuster featuring a character who was first featured in what is regarded as an illegtimate form of children's literature does not qualify as high art, no matter how good the movie may be or how fine Ledger's performance may be!.
Oscars have always been passed out on the basis of what is deemed good for the film industry by people who work for the film industry, and the process has very little, if anything, to do with considerations that may not increase ticket sales!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

you can see how exceptional he is as the joker,
his acting is spot on of the jokers character,
if not better!
I was so infuriated,
even in death he deserves that oscar,
