coz in bleach, they have zanpakutous (soul slayers) and all the cool powers that have a great range and power (ie!. two of them are captains!byakuya's senbonzakura is damn fast and hitsugaya's hyourinmaru is super gd^^ and ichigo has getsuga tensho which ROX :)
:P while in naruto they're techniques are kinda close-ranged i think (eg!. naruto's rasengan and sasuke's chidori) gaara's sand attacks are okay but they have to capture the guy first to work and i think the bleach guys would have overpowered them already
oh and in bleach you can use your reiatsu to defend against some attacks while in naruto they don't have any armor either!
haha though both animes are GREAT :DDD
