It showed in the anime, not the manga, btw!.
The 3rd volume, and the very last chapter of that volume, Momiji takes Tohru, Kyo, and Yuki to the hotsprings, remember!? But, he doesn't sing in the manga!.
Vol!.2 of the anime, last episode of the volume, he sings in that one!.

That part was added only in the dvd version and it is not in the maga!. The Momiji song is in episode 12!. By the way, I totally love Fruits Basket!!!Www@Enter-QA@Com
