Well, watching Naruto Shippuden he's definitely gotten better!. But that Nine Tailed Fox side of him is really starting to show!. He nearly killed Orochimaru! By himself I wouldn't say Goku's level but with the Fox at only four tails I'd say he's past Goku's level!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
