I doubt there is such a thing because you either find German dub without subs or English dub without subs!.!.!.
There is no reason for anyone to do a version like you want!.
Only Japanese with German or English subs!.
Despite a few bits and pieces, I don't think there are many people who'd be interested in seeing some other countries dubs when the own or even the original language are available!. Most fans prefer original or their language, I guess!. Plus, Sailor Moon is far too popular to make it neccessary for fans to access another language version (than own and original) for watching, so who would translate subs for that!.!.!.!?
For example, I would never watch more than a few minutes of English dub because I can't stand the weird voices that I'm not used to!. I stick with German and Japanese!.!.!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
