Question for anyone that watches the DeathNote...?!

What episode number was it where the beginning scene was a building burning down and then you saw an old guy (I think it was Watari) and a little kid (that I guessed was Ryuzaki) standing outside the gate watching!?

I can't remember which one it was!.!.!. 20 something, but that's all I remember!. Could someone please tell me which episode that was!?Www@Enter-QA@Com
