Answers:
In Japan, they call seahorses baby dragons (in Japanese "tatsuno-otoshigo" literally means "baby dragon")!. According to Shigure, this is a sign the zodiac curse has weakened!. Hatori is self-conscious about turning into a seahorse and not an actual dragon - but to tell you the truth, I couldn't see him breathing fire!. His seahorse form grew on me! I think it's cute/funny! ;)Www@Enter-QA@Com
In Japan the believe Seahorses are baby dragons!. So I'm guessing that Hatori still hasn't developed (emotionally I think) enough to become a proper dragon!. I think it might have something to do with his ex-girlfriend (Kana was it!? Maybe I'm thinking of Inuyasha XD)Www@Enter-QA@Com
