Im a very big Batman fan, and I've been looking for this episode since forever!!
I have been searching the internet and asking around and the only place you can get it is the middle of the Bangladesh, a place called Savar!.
There is a man there called Mr!. Boopafrentinickle!. He will sell it to you, but only if you sing him every song from the Phantom of the Opera!.
