Question: Macross Frontier anime question!!!!?
how come ep!.1 of macross frontier are different than some other episode 1 of the anime!. like the first time i watched ep!.1 i saw the part where alto flys holding sheryl at her concert!. than i watched ep 1 (uploaded by someone different) but it just has that part out!. it just skips to the part where the space ships are shot down!. what is going on!? are there different versions of ep!. 1!?!?Www@Enter-QA@Com

I think the version with that part included is Macross Frontier Deculture Edition, and according to this: http://myanimelist!.net/forum/!?topicid=32!.!.!. Macross Frontier Deculture Edition is a preview of the first episode!. I remember seeing torrents for it late last year!. Macross Frontier started airing this spring (April)!.
The Deculture Edition is about 27 mins long, while the regular version is about 25 mins long!.

I'm not sure if this is entirely right though, since I haven't watched either myself!. But it makes sense (to me anyways)!.

also look at when it was uploaded!. If it was uploaded like 6 months ago, then it's the Deculture Edition since Macross Frontier didn't start airing until April, while the Deculture Edition was out December of last year!.
Or ask the uploader what the name of the filename was before he/she renamed it!.
