Art site/photobucket...? Had lots of higurashi no koro ni...?!

I remember an artsite I went on well, half art more like photobucket XD I followed a link the once and was sure I saved it in my favorites!.!.!.!.I didn't and it's two months later!.!.!.!.Anyway I remember that it had lots of loli, nudity wasn't aloud, in the tags you had to put EVERYTHING such as green hair, miko, red, leaves, summer, watashi, higurashi, young, blue hair!.!.!.ETC also I remember you could see all the comments without clicking the image it would look like
