How Nanatsuiro Drops and Shakugan no Shana are related:
Noizi Ito (one of my favorite artists) did the illustrations for the Shakgan no Shana light novels and the Nanatsuiro Drops game!. The Shakugan no Shana anime is based on the light novels and the Nanatsuiro Drops anime is based on the game!. There's also Shana/Haruhi crossovers, Noizi Ito also did illustrations for the Haruhi light novels!.
