Question: Who gave Family Guy's Peter Griffin 10!?
In the Episode of Family Guy, "Meet The Quagmire's", there is a memorable exchange in which one of the characters give's Peter some skin (high five) then a "ten", then around the side, beside the pool, over by the diving board and a few others!.
