it's either billy corgan or smashing pumpkins!. the song's "the end is the beginning is the end", which was also in the "batman & robin" soundtrack!. however, the "batman" version's a lot louder & heaver, while the one playing in "watchmen" has a darker yet more subdued mood!.Www@Enter-QA@Com
