Question: Two Questions For Hardcore Sailor Moon Fans:
Please Answer Seriously!. I'd love to hear other fan's opinions on this!.
1!.Do you think the show would of been better if Sailor Moon wasn't the top queen and Darien the royal one!? If so who would you pick to be the stars of the show and why!? Personally I would of picked Uranus and Neptune!.
2!.Why is it called Sailor Moon when the moon isn't considered a planet and how can we look at Pluto since that is considered to be a moon now!? I guess still Pluto but not as a planet!?!? What do you think!.

I can add to question 2!. The writer of Sailor Moon, Naoko Takeuchi, was actually asked about Pluto still being a sailor scout after the planet was deemed a moon, and she said something along the lines of, "She will always be a sailor!."
I think when the series first came out, Ami would have been the best leading role!. She was easily the most popular character, but as years went by, Usagi was the most popular! People liked Ami because she studied hard, and that was during the Japanese economic slump and people were trying really hard to get ahead in society!. But later as the economy was looking better more and more people started liking Usagi!. It's interesting how character popularity polls play out!.
If it were my choice, I'd want the whole show to be about Rei! I love the bitchy characters, but I think the way it ended up was good too!.Www@Enter-QA@Com

It is Sailor Moon because the developers thought the moon was the most beautiful thing in our solar system as it gave off its lunar light from the blinding force of our sun!. The moon is also a space object seen from our planet therefore very well known, and some people do not know about other planets as they find space and astronomy boring, as far as they may know is mars and the sun, so the moon was used as a direct symbol of knowledge for the young viewers and also because of its elegence!.

I think Sailor Moon made a very good lead character!. She was supposedly the most good hearted!. I saw her as a typical heroine!.
