2) Only 12-year-old boys watch stuff with ninja's, and since this is supposed to be a girls name, Billie!.
3) Only fantasy readers read "magic user stuff", so Hariette Polarity!.
4) Freak killers at this point in time are just going to be knock-off of teh Joker, so go with Heather (female form of Heath)
Really, I think your fanfiction sounds like crap, especially if you can't even come up with names on your own!.
